"El hotel bueno , el staff bien la propiedad y la playa bonita , el problema fue cómo manejaron el error que cometí , en vez de dos personas solo puse una y ni expedía ni el hotel me ayudaron la única opción pagar aparte por el otro huésped cuando Expedía me daba por el precio que pagué el cuarto para dos personas , es más he pagado caí eso por el paquete que incluye vuelo y estadía , Decepcionada con ambas partes , segundo el cuarto los cajones del beauty no servían , no cerraban , la puerta de la ducha no servía , se salía el agua , para ser sincera hace 2 años estuve en Ocean el faro y fue muy buena mi experiencia , siendo la misma cadena 😩 "

"Property is very beautiful, very clean. Food was good. We had a swim out room, I wouldn't recommend that upgrade. It was next to storage so every morning we were awakened by staff gathering items for the day and moving carts around. It was very loud so no sleeping in. Some staff were great, shout out to Luis who delivered drinks to the pool. But other staff, not so friendly. Make sure you use the app for all menus, as some bartenders weren't kind when you asked for a menu. Getting a reservation to the Hibachi restaurant took over 3 days and a call with the manager. Entertainment wasn't great, but I didn't expect it to be. Make sure you go to any daily activities early, they have a limited number of slots."

"Pools were great, lots to choose from. Swim up bar is not for me but it that's what you like you'll love it. Very busy lots of music. You can find pools not so busy."

"I stayed at the Wyndham Alltra and would rate my experience 3 stars overall. Unfortunately, the stay started off poorly. Our first room was full of mosquitos, and the shower had a major drainage issue—water flooded out of the bathroom and into the bedroom. We were then moved to another room, but the transition was frustrating. We had to wait quite a while for assistance with our luggage, only to end up moving everything ourselves across the resort and up to a third-floor room. Once we got settled into the second room, we ran into the same shower flooding issue again. We called housekeeping for help, and it took over 30 minutes for them to arrive. While they did mop up the water, they left all the wet towels on the floor and didn’t offer replacements or check if we needed anything else, which felt like a lack of basic service. That said, not everything was negative—the food was very good, and the amenities were enjoyable, which helped balance out the experience somewhat. Overall, there’s potential here, but the maintenance issues and service shortcomings made the stay less comfortable than expected."
