Super convenient location. Decent accommodation, a little tired but clean and ok. Disappointing the aircom is broken and although fans supplied it was a hot night and they are noisy.

Perfectly Situated 2 Bedroom
The location cannot be beat. Close to the station (minutes walk) and amazing restaurants and pubs around. (Don’t miss St John, The Castle, Three Compasses). The beds seem to be American full size, two bedrooms one en suite and one with a nearby shower bathroom. The terrace was lovely and lots of room to move about in the living/dining. Fully appointed kitchen, and the housekeeping staff were lovely.
Only downside is that this is NOT a hotel so extra linens and toilet paper aren’t a thing. The linens were super clean, but the pillows and bed comfort left a little to be desired if you are looking for hotel quality softness.
Overall a GREAT option especially for a longer trip or one with kids.
Third time staying here. Never previously had any problems. Accessed apartment using key code number. Popped out to the shop and got back around 6pm. Key code wouldn’t open the apartment door. Sent two WhatsApp messages that were ignored for 18 hours and answered the next day when I sent a third message. Called the landline phone number three times and no one answered.
Luckily after half an hour and using the code for the thirtieth time the door opened. Otherwise I would have been locked out overnight! With my bag inside.
So far had two messages apologising and saying the key logs say the code worked. But as I said this was the following day after check out time.
Absolutely shower, customer service doesn’t exist. Won’t be returning.
