"Amazing service I went with my friend for her 85th birthday. On arrival they wished her happy birthday, gave her a gift then room service bought a birthday cake. Staff lovely and helpful. Very clean beds sooo comfy. Excellent location going again definitely. Oh breakfast best ive ever had and i have stayed in different hotels this is tge best.try the cinnamon toast delicious. Friendly from start to finish nothing too much trouble. Thank you so much x"

"Amazing stay at The Tower Bridge hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed, clean room with a gteat view. Fan provided. Didnt eat at the hotel but visited Vicinity and Vu bars where staff provided excellent service. Would like to have sat at The Lawn but there were no tables available."

"It’s 163 old and so elegant and beautiful! The architecture on both inside and out is amazing and to read about the history was mind blowing! The breakfast is buffet style and delicious. "Perfect placement in the City, and you’re right above a metro station! And it wasn’t even noisy in the slightest! Almost forgot I was staying near a touristy area. The sound proofing in the building is that good!"
