"A beautiful hotel. Our room was huge and comfortable. The pillows are very dense but honestly my neck felt great every morning. We lived the luxurious robes and huge bath sheets. Dining was delicious. Location is good. Near trafalgar and embankment. We had a problem with the bathroom plumbing that didn’t seem to concern anyone - while it wasn’t critical it was annoying this the reason for four stars vs five "

"Thank you for making our last stop on our 20-day vacation so great! The bed and pillows were by far the most comfortable of anywhere we stayed. The staff was great and so thoughtful on my husband’s birthday. We loved the location, the drinks and the food. So pretty by the park and away from the busy areas but still walkable to everything. "
