Breakfast choice good, food could have been warmer. Room very hot and duvet too heavy (used to 7tog at home). Shower great although would have preferred seperate to bath. All staff were very polite and friendly. Good choice for Kew as able to walk from hotel.

Room was clean, bathroom toilet didn't flush properly. Only one elevator was working upon arrival and remained out of order when we returned from tour 12 days later making it very difficult for visitors to get around. Otherwise very comfortable stay.
