"The property was very clean, staff was friendly. The stay itself was lovely. If we could give 10 stars we would.
We accidentally forgot to empty the safe with our passports and cash and panicked. The security team worked with us to package up our belongings and we had a courier deliver them to us. It could have been a completely different outcome but The Tower Hotel helped fix this hiccup so we could enjoy the rest of our vacation with peace of mind. Special thanks to the General Manager and Security Team."
"This is fast becoming a favourite when I travel to London.
It is right int he City, close to St Pauls and Fleet Street.
One of the benefits is that you can check in on line which saves some time.
The rooms are spacious, clean and have good AC, which in the summers in London, it's needed.
So far so good, I've got no complaints at all, and will definitely be returning."
"We stayed in the king with balcony room. Very large and impressive room with a great view out on to the Thames. Could not fault the staff who were always very helpful, polite and cheerful. We would highly recommend it and will return in the future. "
"Staff was very attentive and accommodating. The hotel was experiencing a leaking roof that was coming through to the lobby but the situation was being handled with little disruption to the guest "
"Originally, our stay didn't start well, the bathroom hadn't been cleaned, a big clump of hair in the shower! After speaking to a woman on reception ( 3 times) we finally spoke to the manager of the hotel, who was polite, helpful & gorgeous! He kindly upgraded us to a 1 bed suite, it was a perfect experience after the initial hiccup.
Will definitely stay here again when visiting london. Beautiful room, close to the Savoy theatre, i cannot praise the helpful manager enough.
We enjoyed a swim on our departure day, great little pool we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, 5 stars!"
