The location is unbelievably perfect; it's in the city of Westminster which means it's within walking distance to so many attractions and locations. Underground subway stations are plentiful nearby as well.

The staff was extremely friendly and nice. Covid restrictions are still keeping housekeeping out of rooms, so for an 8 night stay we had to repeatedly ask for supplies because they weren't automatically replenished. It was nice to have a kitchenette. It was centrally located, so it was really convenient to get around. Close to two underground stations, so it was so easy to jump on a train to get where you want to go.
