Hilton hotel is always nice and reliable. Great breakfast. Clean waiting area smells nice. The only thing is on one side of the street area people smoking up Hookah freely looking daze and high? Not a good and safe walking area at night especially with my young son seeing all that. I didn’t expect that but new to this part of London UK so I moved hotel after.

Lights went out water went out couldn’t shower granddaughter water went out halfway through her shower so had to wait to shower lost all morning miss a tour restaurant closed 3 days of the 4 we were there problems with the register couldn’t charge other the water going out used coffee in room and never got restocked asked housekeeping they could do it had to call front desk that never answered no room service even though they say they have room service shower head couldn’t stay up so very inconvenient to shower House keeper didn’t speak English so had problem communicating

10/10. Absolutely loved our stay. We were in the double queen room and even though we were not in one of the "renovated" rooms, our room was very spacious and nice, with a nice sized mini fridge (beds were quite comfortable, too). The location is great, with lots of convenient restaurants and cafes in walking distant, an express Sainsbury and Tesco a block away, and two underground stations with excellent access (plus bus stops). We were there for 7 nights and it was just the perfect place for our family.of three. Additionally the hotel itself has a great cafe and bar and restaurant. The stagf was very helpful. We are already planning a trip back and will definitely be staying here again.

Bathroom grout was moldy and many tiles were stained. Asked guest services for some ice and it never arrived. Called again and received an apology and was told it was on the way, it never arrived. Definitely would not stay here again.
