Extremely late check as housekeeping hadn't cleaned the rooms. awful bed with every move it made a sound my husband has even recorded the sound! The only pleasing aspect was breakfast and the Bow bar, local to shops and amenities. Staff were OK, one gentlemen Abdul tried to help and gave us access to the executive lounge but that wasn't anything special. The lady who spoke multiple languages wasn't pleasant as a receptionist and on my 4th return we finally got our room. For a Hilton hotel I'm not impressed! Shame as I'd prefer to write a positive experience.

The room is dirty, there is a decorative wooden panel by the desk which is covered in dust, has not been cleaned for at least three months. The dust was so thick when you run your finger along the wooden panels, “flakes of cotton wool” would fall onto the desk below. I lifted the coffee tray so I could do some work Ekaterina to find dust on the table which formed the shape of the coffee/tea making tray. Looking closer I saw a dust ring around the kettle and there is particles of “cotton wool like dust” particles in amongst the sugar compartment.
