Communication was first class and when phoning customer service to discuss early arrival for parking purposes they couldn’t have been more helpful. 10/10 stay, we’ll definitely be back! "

"Excellent location and very well kept flat. It was a comfortable and nice space that we were surprised with. There is a hallway laundry room for everyone’s use but the dryers seemed to need maintenance. We thought the extra hallway luggage space was a great idea for outside of check in and check out times. The living space and kitchen where cozy with enough supplies for a knights dinner although we didn’t cook. "

"The view was amazing! The castle was in front of us! The apartment/hotel was perfect for our needs! It was easy to access and central! The company was great to deal with! They even held our luggage at a nearby central office for the day and we were able to get an early check in! "
