The buffet breakfast was good and coffee was too .The last time i stayed the road outside was being converted for the tram lines-but now that the tram runs almost to the door from Waverley station and the airport it is excellent. "A great historical property which is not too far from the main roads. A converted church, so voices tend to carry. Great for solo travellers because you can get a room for one person. Bathrooms have all amenities, but could use a larger floor mat outside of shower, floors were a little slippery. Inside main quarters, beautiful stained glass and ceiling features. "It's a unique concept but wish the property was more well cared for and that they don't cram that many people in the space. It feels a bit like a slum. Twelve people, six bunk beds are a lot for such a tight space. The room smells. And bathroom + kitchen + common space get so overused that it seems to be always dirty"
