"Staff very friendly and welcoming, clear directions given to the room. The room was basic but tidy, bed was quite comfy, sadly no chair in the room I had this time. Kitchen was clean tidy and had everything you needed. Property conveniently located for Edinburgh centre or Leith Harbour area."
