"The rooms were clean The bathrooms were also pretty clean. The front desk staff was absolutely phenomenal! They were incredibly helpful, friendly and informative! Keep in mind it is a hostel, where you are sharing the bathrooms with other people, but for what it is and the price, it was great. Right now we're staying down the street at a much nicer hotel but the front desk staff does not even compare to how wonderful they were at Kick Ass. In fact, I'm probably going to go in there tomorrow...

"This is student accommodation so it is what you expect. Room is basic but clean enough. No treats attached but just comfortable basic accommodation. I would have liked a mug to use. There is a cup by sink. But there's a kettle in the pantry but no mugs. Even if you could borrow one or sign for it or something like the hairdryers. Breakfast included is fine. Plenty available and fresh."

"Older property but well maintained. Check in and out was quick and easy, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, right in the middle of the city. We stayed in a family room and would absolutely stay here again."
