"On arriving we were greated and helped through the check-in efficiently. We could choose the location of our room as well. The room had a large bed and great shower. "Fantastic location.Always stay here when visit London. Can easily work everywhere. Staff very friendly accommodating. Food great love the freshly squeezed orange juice at breakfast. Plenty of choice. The only negative the bathroom grouting is in need of a bit of attention and the main shower did not work but the smaller shower worked fine. Great addition was the sift drinks and popcorn and chocolate bar in the mini bar which was a welcome treat when arrived back at the hotel after a day out."
