"Stayed in this hotel with my brother for 5 nights. It was great - the hotel is very clean, well-serviced, air con works well, desk staff were all very helpful and kind. The location of the hotel is great, right beside Tower Bridge, and nearby Tesco (grocery), Costa (cafe), short walk to Starbucks, Wagamama (Japanese restaurant), and to tube station called Tower Hill."

"Weekend break in london to see ELO which was unfortunately cancelled. Didnt stop us having great time and staying at the Montcalm made it worthwhile. From the moment we arrived all the staff were so helpful and friendly. A credit to the hotel. Facilities were fantastic and the spa top notch. Rooftop bar had great views and the breakfast very tasty with plenty of choice. Everything almost perfect. Our only complaint would be the bars closing too early. We arrived at 11pm on a saturday night to find it closed. Its nice to have a relaxing drink in nice surroundings after a hectic day in the city so we feel the hotel is missing a trick here"

"Comfortable, modern, clean and cosy. Great location, close to the tube. Cafe on the ground floor near the apartment. Well stocked kitchen. Powerful shower, loved the who gives a crap toilet paper! We stayed on a very hot weekend so the room was warm, we took our own fan so this helped us have a more comfortable night. Staff polite and helpful. "
