The hotel overall was lovely. Great location for DLR. Close to Excel too. Room was great, staff were friendly and professional. Only issue I had was the breakfast. It just lacked the high standard of the rest of the hotel. Sausages were barely cooked at all, bacon was more fat than meat, very spare ...
Very nice hotel but the staff didn't treat us right not welcoming at all grumpy staff especially the ladies staff
It's a dump
Nice clean modern room and friendly staff, easy access to the XL, On the down side no 24 Hour bar
Nice hotel near The Thames easy access to Tower bridge
Excellent service from all staff. Varied breakfast for free. Clean rooms, comfy bed, quiet too.
Very basic hotel. Good news: Walkable from LCY airport. Decent bar and at least decent food options. Bad news: Thin walls, uncomfortable beds.
When you need the utmost convenience while in London, booking a room at a hotel close to the airport is the best bet. You are able to grab your gear from baggage claim and check into your room before your fellow passengers even leave the airport. Plus, you don't have to worry about paying for a taxi, or trying to follow directions in a place you aren't familiar with. Making your way through Londoncould be intimidating for someone new to the area. Reserving a stay at a London airport hotel washes all the troubles away, whether you are making London one leg of your yearly vacation like the hundreds of travelers who visited over the past year, brought the whole family along, or are in town for business.
