"I was very pleasantly surprised by this hotel for the money. The foyer was very clean and welcoming, the staff very friendly and helpful and the room (although fairly small) was spotless and had all the amenities needed. Continental breakfast was very nicely prepared and laid out. It is the first time I’ve stayed in this area of London but this would be my hotel of choice should I come here again."

"Bathroom was a little tired looking and the Hotel heating system was off, but an electric oil radiator did the job in our room and the Hotel did feel reasonably comfortable. There was maintenence works being carried and although warned on the day we arrived, thought we should have been advised when we booked. That said, we've stayed here many times and love the hotel and especially its location. Tower Bridge highly advisable."

"We have been staying at this hotel at least once a year as our daughter lives 330 steps away. Always a clean room and great staff. We are saddened to learn the hotel will be converting to an elder care facility in September."
