Rooms are very high quality, although small. The windows have two panes, which blocks cold, moisture, and noise, and the heating/cooling system is nearly silent, so the rooms are very comfortable and quiet. The bed was soft with luxurious linens. Between these things, we slept very well.
All that said, the most notable aspect of the hotel was the service we received. For example, we arrived about 15 minutes past check-time, but our room wasn't ready yet. So, they offered us tea, coffee, or something from the bar while we waited. We asked for tea, and they brought each of my wife and I an entire pot! After another 15 minutes, they told us the room was ready, and when we went up, our bags were already there! We felt like royalty all during our entirely too short stay.
