"Overall was good. I think the 24 hour before key code system is so stressful, especially when the email they sent didn't include the passcode. We could only message hotel .com, but the staff told us just to wait until the morning on the check in day, it was so frustrating as we waited but they didn't contact us. "Great location and exceptionally clean. The apartment was modern, comfortable, and well-equipped for our stay. Host communication was quick and helpful throughout. The only thing to keep in mind for light sleepers is that during the summer, with the windows open, noise from the passing tube trains can be quite noticeable. Aside from that, we had a fantastic stay and would still highly recommend it!"

"This apartment had it all you wish for. Microwave, Nespresso, dishwasher and much more. Reception 24/7 available. We were lucky to meet Fahrat and Daniella. Super friendly and gave us advice. Also got a snack-pack from them which was sweet. Location pretty cool as it's close to London City airport. With DRL you're in downtown London within 20 minutes. Absolutely would recommend this apartment to all who would like to visit London."
