I had to upgrade to a deluxe queen because the one I booked didn’t have a window in the bedroom. The window was through the bathroom and it had a small smell to it. However, the layout of the room was very nice, fun and it had everything I needed. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. My new room was excellent.

Loved the amenities and cleanliness of the room and facility. Had a little trouble cooling the room down but nothing so bad that our travel fans couldn’t take care of. The bed was also very comfy and the reclining of the head made it comfortable and helped utilize the space.

I liked that it was clean, near the tube station, and reasonably priced. The rooms were small and awkward (translucent bathroom walls). The location was near many business - not very vibrant on weekends.

The hotel is geared toward the tech-savvy. It includes USB A charging ports in the rooms, and some wireless charging stations in the bar/restaurant. The breakfast was fantastic and well worth the add-on cost. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The luggage storage was a breeze. They offer umbrella rental, a taxi kiosk, and self check-in and -out. The hotel is a quick walk to the Farringdon Underground station. In the standard queen room, the format was a “studio,” which means the bathroom offers very little privacy. As with most European hotels, washcloths were not a part of the towel service.
