I never checked in because I was denied boarding at the airport. The hotel did not express any concern whatsoever. They refused to extend me a courtesy and charged me the full rate. This place is not a hotel I would recommend to anyone ever.

The size of the room was very small, almost no room to move when bed was adjusted to the flat position. It's poor customer service by not having complimentary coffee or tea in the room, then making the guest purchase coffee from the Cafe downstairs.

Fantastic, contemporary hotel. Super accommodating staff and great facilities. Rooms are almost entirely soundproof - and the blackout blinds are true to name! Farringdon station is 5 mins away, but Covent Garden is an easy 30 min walk. Lovely area around the hotel as well.

Extremely convenient location within walking distance of central London attractions, and good connections by public transport. Very simple checkin and checkout via kiosk. Room was clean and had all required amenities, including an excellent rainfall shower and separately enclosed toilet. Very effective blackout blinds and air conditioning made for a comfortable stay. Bar, gym, snack bar, umbrellas to rent and Uber kiosk all very handy. Bar and snack prices very reasonable for central London, and was able to enjoy £10 credit thanks to the “purple goes green” scheme (skipping room cleanings). Staff were friendly and helpful. One of the best London hotels of this kind I’ve stayed in.
