Not the usual Radisson experience

Disappointed as previously had good experiences at Radisson, but not so much this time.
Check in at 2, we arrived at 4.30 to be told there'd be a 5 min wait (which was fine). They also tried to charge us again even though the room was prepaid. 15 mins later, still no room and another couple had arrived having the same problem. Reception got them some comped drinks but didn't even acknowledge us still waiting. Asked again about the room, told another 20 minute wait which wasn't soon enough as we needed to freshen up before going out for the evening. Miraculously a room was suddenly ready so we went up.
We'd booked a superior room, but arrived to a tiny standard room. Called reception who said that was what they had on the system but agreed to move our stuff while we were out as we had a receipt to prove our booking.
On our return we collected key to new room. Put the card in wall and everything tripped. Reception said they would be up "soon" to fix so sat in the dark and hot room waiting.
Not great soundproofing - 3am girls chatting in the corridor woke us both up. 4am guys chatting in the corridor did the same.
Room itself was nice, but a lot of dust collected under the bed which we could see when sat on the couch making it feel a bit grubby and no big towels supplied.
None of this was the end of the world but wasn't the same experience we were used to. Understand there were staff issues, but didn't get a very friendly attitude or any apology from reception.
