We could only message hotel .com, but the staff told us just to wait until the morning on the check in day, it was so frustrating as we waited but they didn't contact us. "This apartment had it all you wish for. Microwave, Nespresso, dishwasher and much more. Reception 24/7 available. We were lucky to meet Fahrat and Daniella. Super friendly and gave us advice. Also got a snack-pack from them which was sweet. Location pretty cool as it's close to London City airport. With DRL you're in downtown London within 20 minutes. Absolutely would recommend this apartment to all who would like to visit London."

Friendly staff Late check out Decent fitness room Modern Walking distance to the Emirates Stadium - an excellent choice if you travelling to watch Arsenal games. Close to shops, restaurants and a couple of metros. Cleanliness can be improved with some with some crumbs on the carpet and a string of hair in the bathroom. Overall, I have already recommended a couple of friends and will go back again.

Bob W ticked all my boxes for a recent work visit in London. Advanced online check in was super simple with clear instructions provided closer to the arrival date. Apartment was clean, spacious and surprising quiet and relaxing given the city location. The layout meant I could work from the kitchen area through the day and feel rewarded in the evening with a separate seating area and wonderfully comfy bed. Finding good accommodation in Central London for a decent price is becoming harder and harder - I thought twice about creating a positive review as don’t want this accommodation to be over subscribed selfishly (!), but what a fantastic find. Really enjoyed staying here, everything ran super smooth, was easy to check in and get access to what was a modern and immaculately clean room, with everything you need and very comfortable. I had a lovely 2-night stay at Cleveland Residences Russell Square. The self check-in process was easy and straightforward, and the apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything needed for a short stay. The location was excellent for exploring London, with convenient access to local attractions and public transport. Euston Station was approximately an 18-minute walk away. Overall, a great place to stay for a short visit to London, and I would happily recommend it to others.
