"I really liked the outside space around the hotel, and places to eat and drink. The hotel doesn’t look that inviting from the outside, but inside it is really nice. Clean rooms, with toiletries and lots of hot water. Tea and coffee and water, and nice comfy beds."

Upon leaning we were stuck for a week while awaiting a new flight, they again went out if their way to ensure we were comfortable and could stay for the duration of our extended wait. We both appreciated the nice aromas throughout the hotel and the level of cleanliness. The upgrade was an amazing bonus. It made such a difference between being a nice weekend and being a really special weekend. It was fab!'"

"The hotel is located in a lovely area that is close to numerous great attractions and dining options- including the Lamprey restaurant in the hotel, which was great! It seemed like a very safe and peaceful area and the hotel is a short walk from the tower hill tube station, so it was really easy to get to other places from there. The hotel itself is quite nice- clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend it to others and I would definitely stay there again myself. Great experience overall! "
