"The hotel and staff are wonderful and are extremely welcoming to families. I love that there are family pool hours so it doesn't feel like you're being disruptive to other guests. The location is very central with the tube right across the street, so you can get to just about any part of london fairly quickly and it's also a direct journey from the airport on the Elizabeth line. We've stayed here 3x now and will continue to do so going forward!"
