"Room had no fridge , kept requesting and wa promised each day but nothing came . Absolutely terrible planning by management. Food was not the greatest, would expect much better for a 4 star rated hotel. Had much better options and would say fir 20gbp this is a terrible offer would not recommend "

"Great hotel, stay frequently for work but this was a leisure trip with family who were all really impressed with the hotel. Location is fantastic, rooms are lovely and the pool and spa is also worth a visit. "

"Stayed for one night and had a perfect stay. The bed was big and super comfortable, and the room itself was really spacious. The location couldn’t have been better — right next to Aldgate station, which made getting around so easy (I had a private dinner at a restaurant in Fenchurch street which was a 5 min walk from the hotel). The bathroom was also impressively large and had a ring-light mirror that was perfect for selfies! I’d definitely stay here again."
