Visiting the Moxy in a new country was truly an amazing experience that I will never forget. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfy. The food for breakfast was good and the staff were helpful. I enjoyed having a free drink with my VIP booking. Overall, it was a nice and relaxing experience.

Room was clean and had a lovely view. Breakfast was good, we enjoyed the free drinks voucher received. Bar and kitchen staff were very friendly only downside was the check-in process. I think some of the staff will benefit from more training in welcoming guests and attending to guests waiting.

Hotel was well worth it. We were given a spacious room. The breakfast was decent. Finally the staff were really accommodating and sweet as they did a little surprise for my sons birthday. They even let us leave our car parked for free for one of the days. Thank you Moxy!!

Day staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was very comfortable clean and lovely. The evening bar manager was quite rude when we ask how long our food would be after we had waited for 40mins. When the food came it was awful overcook, some of the chips were still uncooked. Very poor quality.
