"We love Llandudno. 1st stay at the Grand wont be the last. Great view from the room, great size room. Could have been cleaner, wouldnt take much. Good clean bedding. Value for money. The outstanding points are your waitress Jo at dinner and breakfast who went above and beyond to make our stay great, and one of the chefs at breakfast (unfortunately i didnt get his name). They're the ones that make the difference. "

"My partner and I stayed in the hotel for one night on Easter Sunday with dinner, bed and breakfast. The room was only the standard category, but was very spacious and had excellent amenities. The rainforest shower was particularly good. One thing I would say is the walls are quite thin so you can hear noises in adjoining rooms. "We as a family of 4 had a pleasant stay at Future Inns Cardiff Bay. We booked 2 rooms and they were both together. The hotel location was good, about 10 minutes drive from the city centre of Cardiff. The rooms were clean and good size for 2 adults. The staff were friendly, both in reception and the restaurant. The carpark was an added bonus because it was free. The breakfast was good which consists of hot and cold foods but can be improved with more variety. The reason for giving a 4 star and...
