Especially as we were staying on the 21st floor. They seem to stop on every floor on way down to the lobby even though nobody was at each floor on the way down. "

"Great hotel, conveniently placed for access to the Charles Bridge and the best bits of the city and good value for the price. We stayed for 3 nights before moving on elsewhere for a family wedding. Very friendly and helpful staff with easy check in. We arrived early but our room was already available so we just dropped our luggage in our room and went off exploring. Our room was air conditioned which was a bonus as the temp was over 30. The hotel also provides a really good breakfast spread...

"This hotel is close to Old Town Square and was surrounded by shops and restaurants. The area felt safe as well. Breakfast was delicious both mornings and the staff was very pleasant. It seems to be an older hotel so we could not find outlets by the beds for charging phones. Not having key cards was also a pain because you either had to carry around a gigantic keychain knob or give it to the front desk everyone you wanted to come and go. All and all, we would stay here again if in Prague. "
