"The staff at this hotel went beyond the call of duty helping my friend who had a broken ankle and assisting me when I came down sick. In addition, they were always warm, friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. I plan on returning here every time I visit Prague and will be posting articles on social media and our company website about their level of excellence."

"Lovely hotel in a great location. Every member of staff I spoke to was absolutely lovely and the breakfast was great. The only small things that made it a 4/5 for me was the wifi (able to connect and stream but not very fast so my phone and tablet were buffering frequently) and the noise between rooms was quite loud (I woke up in a fright the first night as I thought my neighbour flushing their toilet was someone who somehow got in my room and flushed mine lol!). But well worth a stay if these are not big issues for you."

"Amazing Unitas Hotel in Prague. A warm and friendly welcome from the staff on reception. Not just on arrival, but every time I went in and out. My room was fresh and clean, and a good size. The bed was very comfortable. I appreciated the fridge/minibar, and the kettle for tea & coffee. The breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious, and served by attentive and friendly staff. Honestly one of the best hotel breakfasts I ever had. The icing on the cake was learning the fascinating history of the hotel. From an old nunnery, to a communist secret police HQ where activist Victor Havel was locked in a cell in the basement. I was given a special viewing of the cell which is still preserved in the basement. The best place to stay in Prague by a mile. Thank you Unitas."
