Never have stayed at a hotel where all the staff were so helpful, polite, friendly and accommodating. It was a pleasure to have stayed at Residence Agnes, and would highly recommend it. It even beats the 5* pluses I have stayed in just because they were so welcoming.

We had a wonderful stay at the Unitas Hotel. The hotel was so pristine in the general areas and our rooms. The photos on Expedia do not do it justice. The reception staff were excellent, friendly and welcoming. The buffet breakfast we had had a great choice and it was well presented and tasty. We would highly recommend this hotel and we would definitely stay there should we go back to Prague. Give it go !

Outstandingly warm welcome. Friendly staff took time to listen to our questions and give us helpful advice. Quiet location within easy walking distance of Prague Castle, Loreta and Petrin Tower . Tram 22 from the nearby square, runs near the Charles Bridge and takes you over the river (seemed to run every few minutes and was extremely cheap!).

This hotel has to be one of the best hotels i have personally stayed in. The staff went above and beyond with everything. Prior to my arrival they help me organise trips arrange meals as special surprises for my partners visit. on arrival staff could not do enough for you. We've just returned from our first trip to Prague and first stay at this wonderful hotel and can't praise it highly enough! Nestled in the walls of the castle, the Golden Well is full of charm and character and only 5 minutes walk from Charles Bridge in one direction and 10 minutes from the castle gates in the other direction. Simply Excellent in every way possible. Exactly what we were looking for with this hotel and it didn't disappoint. Full of charm and art deco character, it felt like stepping back in time to when hotels were grand and oppulent, but with full modern convenience and luxury. Easy check in as they parked my car for me. Polite staff on the desk. Food in the restaurant was a high quality. Room was good. Actually a pleasant temperature too, which is rare!

Excellent hotel, very close to the Charles Bridge for easy access to all attractions. Breakfast was very good, and served in an amazing setting. Rooms were clean, and with everything you needed. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Alice and Romana were absolutely excellent and nothing was too much trouble. We even overslept one morning and missed the breakfast window. However, they allowed us to eat with the staff half an hour later ❤️ They also let us leave our suitcases with them after check-out time which was super helpful as we had an evening flight home. Romana also helped us sort out our airport transfer despite there being nothing in for the hotel… thank you 🙏

Located at the end of Charles bridge made this hotel in perfect location. It was clean, comfortable and the staff were very attentive. Breakfast had everything you could ask for. There was a coffee machine in your room but also the tea and coffee machine was on 24/7 from breakfast. There was complementary pastries on offer in the lobby at all times too. I really couldn’t fault this cozy little hotel apart from the lift being out of order while we were there and being in the top floor.

Lovely hotel, centrally situated. Within 10 mins walk to charles bridge. The hotel itself has all the amenities you would expect in a 4/5 star hotel. The staff are amazing esp the receptionist. She went out of her way to book us taxis, tours, restaurant reservations, all at good prices. Would definitely stay there again.

We stayed here for a second time recently. The hotel is as good as if not better than on our last visit some years ago. Large and spotlessly clean room with all facilities. Although the hotel is very close to Old Town Square and above a main (pedestrianised) street, the room was well insulated and very quiet. No fripperies in the hotel (saunas, beauty parlours etc), but staff were excellent and so was the breakfast. The hotel is small enough to be off-limits to the endless tourist groups...

Beautiful, well designed hotel. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The room was a good size, very clean with lovely warm colours. The food was also quite good, with reasonable prices. Loved the decor throughout. Would be better if they didn't book the bar out completely in the evenings and left some allocation for hotel guests.
