The staff go above and beyond and always so wholesome and cheerful. All the online reviews about the staff being the beating heart behind this hotel's enduring success are spot on. An example: Our room had no kettle, and as we make our own coffee with our own travel 'contraption' and more importantly in the winter, needed to fill a hot water bottle due to serious back pain we were really disappointed not to have one in the room. No problem at all-- the lovely chap at reception found one in the...

This hotel has to be one of the best hotels i have personally stayed in. The staff went above and beyond with everything. Prior to my arrival they help me organise trips arrange meals as special surprises for my partners visit. on arrival staff could not do enough for you. They even left there work stations to give us a quick tour of the unique monks brewery cave like converted to a bar at the bottom of the hotel. In fact though out my whole stay i could not fault anything about this hotel! If i...

We've just returned from our first trip to Prague and first stay at this wonderful hotel and can't praise it highly enough! Nestled in the walls of the castle, the Golden Well is full of charm and character and only 5 minutes walk from Charles Bridge in one direction and 10 minutes from the castle gates in the other direction. Perfect! The rooms, facilities and service were exceptional and the staff very friendly, helpful and informative and are all a credit to the hotel. Fully focussed on...

Easy check in as they parked my car for me. Polite staff on the desk. Food in the restaurant was a high quality. Room was good. Actually a pleasant temperature too, which is rare!

Excellent hotel, very close to the Charles Bridge for easy access to all attractions. Breakfast was very good, and served in an amazing setting. Rooms were clean, and with everything you needed. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The experience was one of the best I ever had in a city break: the hotel staff are professional, helpful, attentive, caring. It starts from the front desk, passing through the exquisite food at the Hotel restaurant and the service provided in the restaurant was simply amazing: professional. This added the excellence of the Hotel restaurant cosy decoration and the selection of menu. Staff in the restaurant looked after my guests and I very well. Congratulations for the chef whose magic hands...

We stayed here for a second time recently. The hotel is as good as if not better than on our last visit some years ago. Large and spotlessly clean room with all facilities. Although the hotel is very close to Old Town Square and above a main (pedestrianised) street, the room was well insulated and very quiet. No fripperies in the hotel (saunas, beauty parlours etc), but staff were excellent and so was the breakfast. The hotel is small enough to be off-limits to the endless tourist groups...

Stunning hotel with amazing pieces of art throughout the hotel. Check in was seamless, friendly staff and all amenities. Our room was spotless and had everything we needed. Would deffo return.

I would like to take this opportunity and thank the hotel manager Mr Pedro and his amazing team which made our stay absolutely wonderful! Due to unforeseen circumstances and technical issue ,We got upgraded to beautiful river view suite with complementary massage and complementary in room breakfast! The massage therapist “Patrick “ was absolutely great with amazing techniques, which I would highly recommend him. The whole team went extra mile to make sure we would have a memorable stay at the...

The rooms were nice, the rooms were cleaned daily, the staff courteous and the buffet breakfast was awesome. The position of the hotel was excellent - a short walk to the old town and several great restaurants even on the same street as the hotel. The lobby was decorated very festively and made an attractive environment.

The hotel is located opposite an exit of the Mustek metro statation. This was a repeat visit and we were pleased to note that the hotel is maintaining its exceptional high standards. The room was clean and well appointed, while the breakfast buffet was generous. A special thanks to Anastasia, who ensured that, despite a delayed arrival in the early hours of the morning, I was speedily checked in and shown to my room. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Staff very friendly, lovely clean rooms, buffet breakfast with many choices. 2 minutes from the Square and bars/restaurants. Lovely place to stay 5☆+

A very enjoyable stay at Aparthotel Římská 14. Friendly staff, beautifully furnished and clean apartments, and a great location for those who like to explore new cities by foot (although public transport is conveniently located nearby for those that don’t). I would definitely recommend Aparthotel Římská 14 for those coming to Prague :)
