I like a very firm bed, and this one was excellent. The shower temperature controls were very responsive. The staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. Complimentary breakfast was wonderful. The rooms DO have air conditioning, which is not mentioned on their website. Very pleasant stay overall.

The hotel is basically inside the airport. You check in on a computer terminal. The room is space age modern, compact but comfortable. Excellent breakfast. Helpful staff. A great experience.

We had reserved an apartment since we wanted an extra room with a separate sitting area. Unfortunately, it was hot and an air conditioning unit in the sitting room was out of service. Immediately, hotel staff offered us to switch for two adjacent bedrooms with an additional bed, but no sitting arrangement. Also they said that they will call a repairman to fix the problem. Since we did not need a second bed to sit on we decided to wait for the repair service. We stayed for 3 days abut the unit had not been fixed. We had asked a couple of times about the status of the repair, but staff seemed to be upset with our questions, since they had offered additional bedroom and we refused.
