From the minute we stepped through the main entrance to the moment we reluctantly checked out our experience was one of sheer joy. The staff were so welcoming and professional . Very quirky! Beautiful building. Once you get past the fact it’s not like your usual “hotel” and the place is steeped in history and 17th/18th century architecture. Wonky floors and beautiful antique furniture. Roll top baths and old fashion toilets, but beautifully kept and very clean. Very comfortable beds with lovely white cotton bedding and soft white towels. Just be aware no showers, but shower attachment with the beautiful baths! Really cool adult vibe, room was much bigger than photos look. Amazing location for Old Compton street, theatres and China town all within 5/10 min walk and Piccadilly Circus underground a few mins away. Allowed us to leave our luggage for a few hours when we checked out so we could carry on exploring. Staff really helpful!

Great modern new apartment. Really perfect position for theatre district and amazing food and drink options all around. Everything easy to understand and really good value for a big apartment. 2 mins walk to tottenham court road station so easy short trip from heathrow and into city. Slight negative that heating was locked at 18 so was a bit cold at some times (March stay) as tradtiional windows. Couple of flights of stairs (no lift) but would only be am issue if people came with bags they...

Great to see they had kept original parts of the former magistrates court even the cells to sit in in the bar area. Really good breakfast , overall excellent stay and location. Would certainly use again.

It was a very central functional cabin sized room which I expected. Maintenance wise it could do with a few fixes like the shower door seal and the aircon function. Otherwise great location and a fair price for that.

No tv! Plug was on iron was broken! Could hear peoples footsteps all night! Location was perfect. Beds were comfortable. Was up to good standards on cleanliness.

Although I have stayed at 5 star hotels on several occasions, I was amazed by the standard of service of this hotel.
