"The staff and location were truly impressive. The bar was conveniently situated and served good coffee, cocktails, and friendly bartenders. However, the room was so cramped that moving around comfortably was a challenge. The shower design wasn’t very practical, since water often spilled onto the floor outside. The towels were thick and plush, but unfortunately, washcloths weren’t provided. The bed leaned on the firmer side, and the pillows were pretty thin. On a positive note, the Molton Brown bath products were a nice touch."

"The hotel itself was good. Only thing I have to say is bed too soft for my back , neck and shoulder injury. Little walk to the tram. Far from central Amsterdam. No food at hotel after 10am. "

"I always stay here in London. I heard a visitor from the US complaining that there was no hairdryer in the room. There’s no coffee or tea either. This suits me fine. Bring your own stuff or book somewhere else if you want a traditional hotel. "
