"Wifi broke down for two days. Requested to make up our room but did not happen."

"Hotel is in a really good location and was clean. We booked 3 Queen rooms, out of the 3 I would say only one of them was a Queen as the other 2 were tiny in comparison. I did query it with reception and they assured me all were Queen but I’m still not convinced. "

"Ideally situated for London tourist or business stay. Great area for cafés and restaurants too. Cubicle style bedrooms, very clean, small but perfectly adequate. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Great little 24 hr cafe in reception with space to work also if desired. Great left luggage facility too"

"Great location that is pretty safe and convenient to many attractions. Rooms are small but very clean and has all basics (except no fridge or microwave—typical fo Europe). Staff was very friendly. Don’t expect them to have “extras”; they have no toothbrushes, razors, etc but will tell you “ the store down th street is still open. They were able to hold our bags while we continued to explore after checkout."

"The location and lobby of this hotel were fantastic. The doorman was so incredibly friendly and helpful (wish I could recall his name). The bars and restaurants were great. However, the room itself was tired. Carpet needed to be replaced, furniture was worn, very few plugs in the room, etc. The bathroom was large but the shower was tiny, and the tile needed a deep cleaning, or replacing. The room was relatively quiet, which was nice. Housecleaning needed to be a little more consistent. Found a candy bar in the chair, someone else’s soap in the shower, and they were inconsistent with leaving caffeinated coffee. Bed was comfortable. Room service food quality after midnight was atrocious (jet lag). The chicken on the Caesar salad was grey, and the lettuce was wilted. "
