"Location is excellent and a 2 min walk to Leicester Sq and St Martins Lane theatres. We were given a room upgrade from Standard to Superior with a street view. Despite overlooking a busy road there was no noise intrusion and the room was very quiet. The room was small but had everything we needed. Very comfy bed with feather duvet and pillows and we had a good nights sleep. Kettle, tea & coffee but only given 2 teabags so bring extra. Lovely bathroom with quality toiletries. Included was a room safe and fridge with water, soft drinks and a small bottle of fresh semi skimmed milk, which makes a change from the usual UHT milk. We especially loved the electric blackout blinds. The quality of the linens and design of the furnishings were all excellent and everything was modern and spotlessly clean. The reception desk shares a space in its downstairs cafe but check in was swift and the staff were so polite and friendly. We didn’t use the cafe but it looked very cozy for coffee and pastries. This hotel has a lovely boutique vibe. We would definitely recommend this hotel and no doubt will be using it again."

"Great hotel, beds were comfortable but we called housekeeping multiple times and there was no answer until we called the front desk because our room only came with half a used toilet paper. We had to wait for hours. Then we tried calling room service and there was no answer either. Overall the rooms were great but the service could’ve been better. Location is a 10/10 though so that makes up for a lot in the end."

"Excellent location and all you need in the room. Rooms are tiny but a double was perfectly adequate for me for three days on a solo trip. My blind was broken, which was a pain as restricted sunlight, but not the end of the world! Would definitely come back for the location and simplicity. "
