An excellent hotel, with warm staff and attention to detail. The staff were so helpful and kind. The evening drinks were lovely and the room was very brilliant with one of the best showers ever and a comfortable big bed. Plus a great location for cafes and heading into central London.

The staff in the room was amazing. This boutique hotel in the heart of Covent Garden was exactly where I needed it to be. I only wish that they had more amenities other than the in room Keurig and mini refrigerator. To note, you must bring an adapter if you’re coming from the states.

Great location – central to British Museum, National Gallery, and West End Theatre District. Grocery store within walking distance. Incredibly helpful staff. A small, but well appointed kitchenette. Excellent shower with great water pressure and terrific. Rainforest showerhead. High security to keep outsiders at bay. Excellent air-conditioning. Clean room with comfortable bed, soft pillows, and nice linens. Very good value for location and amenities provided.

Perfect location for restaurants, shopping, best of all for public commute, street is just a walk away. You can also walk to some historical landmarks fr hotel. The staff is amazing! The bathroom is spacious and clean, same with the room, very seldom to find in Eu. Comfortable stay all in all. Love this hotel! Oh and they provide umbrellas for the rainy weather in London.
