When I arrived at reception the male guy was dealing with some customers. The female receptionist ignored me and dealt with 2 other people behind me ...they have obviously not heard that in the UK there are queues ! .

No room either side of the bed for access, 45 degree angle of ceiling prevented standing under shower. Reception agreed issues then changed rooms, next morning no hot water or lights working in the room. Unbelievable experience, would not recommend the hotel at all

The staff are friendly at check-in, but when we went up to our room, it was already occupied by another guest, so we had to go back downstairs and find my room!! Staff had no idea what was going on. The room itself was a bit rundown, windows didn’t close properly, so there was a freezing cold draft all weekend. Everything was rather tired and needs a refurbishment. The showerhead could not be adjusted and I am only 5 foot two and yet I had to crouch under the shower.. at least the water pressure was good and temperature controllable, unlike the air conditioning which went from boiling hot to freezing cold with not that much in between.
