"After Air Canadian stranded us by canceling our flight the staff at Park Plaza Hotel went out of their way to accommodate us. A one night free upgrade and breakfast. Upon leaning we were stuck for a week while awaiting a new flight, they again went out if their way to ensure we were comfortable and could stay for the duration of our extended wait. Much appreciate. "

But would be nicer if we had extra curtains or windows are tinted? as the room we stayed in was right opposite the offices, anyone can look righr in. Also the shower head was broken so water was spraying everywhere. But in general it was very nice. I would like to stay there again next time. "
