Property looked recently updated; Staff very attentive, responsive and a pleasure. I would stay here again, however, I would ask for a room with windows that offer a view. Felt enclosed because our drapes required closing all the time.

We had a great overnight stay in an Apartment here. It’s in a great location, with Covent Garden just around the corner. There’s a CoOp opposite if you need any essentials, and a Pret next door. However there was complimentary water, tea and coffee in the Apartment. Everything was spotless - and we were greeted by a very friendly chap called Abas (hopefully I spelt the name right). The bed was so comfortable - in fact the only thing I would change was the view of the air conditioning units and other rooms from our window (Room 202) - although it was nice to see some natural light. Excellent value - and would deffo stay again when going to see a Show.

Nice location, clean and comfortable suite
It was all good until construction or some other source of noise started at 0700. It sounded like concrete jackhammers. The front desk said that construction is not allowed until 0800. Hopefully it will be resolved.
