"This is an exceptional hotel! The room was clean, modern and the view of the river Thames was pure perfection. I highly recommend this hotel and can guarantee that you will not be disappointed! "Generally good after a very slow queue for check-in (20 minutes). Friendly and attentive staff (although not quite enough of them?). Food great and cocktail bar fine. One of the main lobby lifts kept malfunctioning- nobody on had to fix it? - so there were some long waits there too (minimum 5 minutes at some times). "
