Impressive building and very helpful staff.
Had hoped to get a table in the Tudor Room, and booked the night hoping for a cancellation. Sadly didn't happen. All staff were very helpful and room was large and clean. Overall comfortable, but didn't manage to master the heating and was a bit cold. Would prefer breakfast to be served later. Gardens are lovely. Seems to be under the Heathrow flight path, but noise not too intrusive. Will make a Tudor room reservation and return in the summer.

Our stay here was lovely. It was for our friends wedding, which was an absolutely amazing day! The grounds of the hotel are spectacular! We would definitely recommend.
