Rooms are nice, but standard doubles are tiny. Facilities are good, but the addition of the outdoor festival area detracted from what was a nice hotel, and the noise from private parties at times unbearable. Pool and restaurant both very busy with families, which caused its own problems (lack of hygiene at pool) and lack of clean tables / utensils at breakfast.

Amazing property with lots of nice outdoor seating, places to visit inside, and a quick uber to Windsor castle. Only downside is it was extremely!!!! Hot inside the hotel room. The windows barely open and there was one small fan. I would not recommend staying here in the summer unless you get a balcony room. One of the most uncomfortable night’s sleep I’ve had.

A well located hotel set in beautiful grounds with good amenities for all ages. The hotel is spread across multiple buildings, and whilst it has ramps and lift access, if you have mobility issues you will definitely need to be nearest to the main hotel reception.

A lovely experience stopped for 1 night whilst visiting theme parks, 2 children. Huge grounds and very grand place, staff very helpful, nice spacious family room with park, pool and woodland trail. Delicious breakfast.... Lots of walking as place is so big! But just need to move car to appropriate car park as there are about 5! Would highly recommended this hotel.

We stayed overnight after our LEGOLAND adventure. Hotel was well maintained with ample parking space. Staff were accommodating and helpful. Dinner buffet was quite reasonable. Breakfast had a variety of choices. Our daughter enjoyed the pool and the outdoor play. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

This hotel was perfect for what we wanted/needed. Somewhere the kids could enjoy and the swimming pool made that just right. The food for dinner and breakfast was so well thought out. Something for everyone and the taste was lovely. Our second time of staying and I would always recommend and go back.
