First of all, this Hotel is not close to the Terminal 5. It is 1 hour walking, 15 min bus or 15 Taxi. Because some BA flights were delayed, a lot of people wanted to check into this hotel, and they only had two people at the check-in. We waited for 1 hour until we could check in. No drink voucher or anything was offered for the waiting line, "I am sorry". I think I never heard so often "I am sorry" in my life!. The restaurant was closed, waiting time for food was 90 min, some beers were not available, chicken was out, and constantly "I am sorry". If this is the Hilton quality of service, I highly recommend you skip this hotel at all. And worst of all: They charged me 50 Pounds at the check in, no idea for what. I paid all my bills, and I am still waiting for my money to get back onto my account. So, I really can say: WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE AT ALL! A good hotel offers you good service in difficult time, and not only standard service, but as the Hilton staff would say "I am sorry!".
