This hotel is directly across the street from Windsor Castle. It’s the perfect location for everything around Windsor including a bus stop and two train stations to make transportation simple. Loved how kind and helpful the staff was and how the entire town was just like a fairy tale. We spent four days here and we would collar at here again. Just perfect. The room was nice, carpet a little worn but everything smelled clean and felt clean and the shower was huge. Great heating and nice decor. Kettle and tea/coffee choices and refrigerator included. Fabulous breakfast with lots of choices and excellent service.

The hotel is in a great location, but it is run down, the services are poor, and the value for money very low. This was my second and last time in this hotel. I got a "wet" bathroom for disabled, which I hated, as well as constant screeching and shuffling feet in the corridors and on the floor above. By far not the luxury they advertise this hotel offers.

The hotel is well located in the town centre with its own car park. Those are the positives, my actual experience was far from positive! Upon arrival we were left standing around for around five minutes or so as front desk was unstaffed. It turned out they were hiding in the back office but there was no bell to ring to alert them to our presence. Surprisingly our room and more generally the hotel was in a state of disrepair. Peeling paint in the bathroom, uncomfortable bed, heavily soiled carpets, tired and uncomfortable furniture, unusably loud air conditioning, polyfiller all over the place in the hallways. At midnight, opposite our room there was a lot of banging outside our door, which turned out to be a porter transporting a large stack of suitcases into the room opposite. The constant slamming of that door lasted for 20 minutes and until the actual group of guests arrived. The proceeding hour was following by continued slamming of the door and loud conversations in the hallway (right outside our door) as members of their party, in turn, collected their luggage from that room! This disappointment continued in the morning with travelodge style breakfast buffet, with basic items such as honey out of stock. The coffee was terrible and the place was like a fridge with air conditioning apparently on max. As we checked the front desk staff didn’t ask how our stay was or thank us for staying. Our stay was a massive disappointment.
