"Good location, but we had minimal hot water. When we got a bit it was freezing cold after 2 minutes. Brought it up multiple times to the hotel staff; they told us someone was going to look at it, and that it was the first time they had ever heard of this issue (which was clearly a lie as it pops up on multiple reviews."

"The hotel has a pub, cafe/pizzeria and shop onsite. We were upgraded to a room in the City Sleeper part of the hotel which looks freshly decorated. Liked the Brit pop style panels along the corridors. We had a room looking down into the courtyard so no traffic noise. The room was quite spacious and the twin beds were not next to each other which was great as we are not a couple. Ate in the pub and the food was good."
