Loved my stay, staff were very attentive and friendly. Great location, a beautiful hotel vibe and the breakfast choice was vast. Will definitely stay again. Thank you!
Great location near Kings Cross station. Breakfast was enjoyable and the bed was comfortable. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Always a smile on their faces and willing to have a quick chat. We enjoyed our stay.
Excellent service, helpful staff, clean and tidy, went above and beyond to make us feel special on our daughter’s birthday. Gorgeous view from higher floors from the lobby and rooms, breakfast spread is decent
Overall the hotel was great, the room was large and clean and staff were friendly. My only feedback is regarding the washroom faucet and sink that was not working properly and it did not look clean.

Room spotless, and staff were able to book us in earlier than expected without paying for early arrival which some hotels do now. Very helpful and would definitely stay again
