The furniture is old and in want of replacement especially in the communal areas The rooms are very small and the bathroom is even smaller Also the elevators are small. Although they can hold eight supposedly they can only hold 4 with luggage.

Room was extremely small. No bath tub and shower hose leaked at connection and sprayer water out into the room. I know London is expensive but for the price this hotel is not a great value. Bar and staff in bar nice. Airport transportation services good.

Really nice stay, breakfast was fresh and the hotel has a nice vibe, relaxed. The room was comfortable clean and the bed comfortable, but we should have realised from the room picture and square footage that it wasn’t going to be a big room. I think if we stay here again we would consider this more.

Terrible experience with incompetent management who never addressed a lack of hot water in the room over 4 days, just paid lip service to addressing the issue. They then attempted to blame us, and claim we didn’t know how to work the shower, despite their engineering team confirming twice that the hot water was not functioning. Shocking exchanges with management who neither cared to remediate or address the issue. Would not stay here again.
