"When I originally booked this room, the hotel was under a different management company/group. When the change was made, I received multiple emails/comms regarding the change which I appreciated. There was no change to my room or booking. The room was small but had all the proper amenities. We only stayed one night but had we stayed longer, I think the size of the room would have made a negative impact. We had an issue with our A/C but using the WhatsApp, they were able to guide me through...

"Great little hotel less than 10 mins from the theatres, and just round the corner from the British museum, nice cosy restaurant on with great aircon, be wary of booking breakfast via hotels.com though as this was not passed on to them. Luckily they were very good about it and it got sorted out. There is another Radisson Blu opposite which confused us as they are both on the corner of Bloomsbury st and great russel street."
