"We book a superior double and it was nothing like the pictures advertised. The room had a weird shape- double bed squeezed into an alcove & a single bed. A rack for hanging clothes and a table & chair. No carpets. You had to step over the bin between the bath and wall to get to the toilet. Definitely not superior, it made the Travelodge look luxurious. It was clean & convenient so one night was ok."

"Lovely hotel in great position"

"Great location but unfortunately my room was too hot and the thermostat was unable to correct the issue. They brought up a fan which suggests to me that they were aware there was an issue with the room. As result I had a terrible sleep. Not sure why they didn’t just offer to put us in another room. When I checked out all I received was a hearty shrug when informing them of the issue. Why bother asking “how were things?” if you are not going to do anything about it, if there was in fact an issue. Maybe this was a one off but I would not recommend. "

Scarfes Bar Scarfes Bar is a destination in its own right. Ranked 34th in the world, it lives up to its reputation with creative cocktails and phenomenal live music every night. It adds a vibrant energy to the property that makes the stay truly memorable. Verdict The Rosewood delivers exactly what a 5-star hotel should: effortless charm, spacious comfort, and unique amenities. Whether for the music at Scarfes or the quiet luxury of the rooms, it is easily one of the finest stays in London."
