My experience at Central Park Hotel was very disappointing. The night security guard, Hafis, was shockingly racist towards Asians. One night, I was sitting in the lobby waiting for my parents to come down when he suddenly yelled at me with a terrible attitude, demanding to know if I lived there. When I responded, he told me not to speak to him with that attitude. What kind of logic is that? He yelled at me first and then told me to be polite! He was extremely rude, impolite, and even threatened to kick me out. When he realized I was a legitimate customer, he refused to apologize and hid himself. The room was in poor condition—dirty, smelly, and moldy. We also experienced an electricity shortage on our first day. I have already sent an email to the manager but have not received any response. I would not recommend any asian staying here unless you want to experience racism.

Beautiful neighborhood and easy to get around. Super convenient near bus and metro stations. Rooms are a bit small though and very warm during the summer. Bathroom is small and tight. Overall very clean, professional staff and great location.

Very convenient location near Hyde park. Room was very dated and had a strange smell. The carpet also had a slightly damp feeling to it. However, we were accommodated to check in early which was great.

the room had damp in the corner of my side of the bed. There was work going on and was not aware of this. Was woken up at stupid o’clock in the morning to drilling which seemed like it was directly in our room. When we arrived at the hotel we were stood there we waited 5-10 minutes for someone to check us in, they were just stood on their phone!! Was not a pleasant stay at all and was very disappointed

Hotel was in a convenient location , for everything that happens in and around Hyde Park,Kensington Palace & Gardens. Easy to navigate around London. There is a tube station within a 3minute walk. We stayed as a group of 3 friends in a triple room.
