The staff were nice, accommodating. The room was so clean and well-organized. As soon as you enter the lobby you can smell the clean and relaxing scent of the hotel. The ambience is so niceeeeee, we would definitely come back.

Nice comfortable modern room just a few minutes away from Queensway and Bayswater tube stations and Hyde Park. Housekeeping was impeccable and hotel staff friendly. I live in the North East and visit London few months and will definitely be using the Centre Park Hotel as my new base. Great value for money.

Good place for a night. Convenient to tube. Heart of London. Our package did not include breakfast. But plenty of place to get breakfast around the area.

My room was immaculately clean. Check-in and check out were both quick and easy. The luggage storage was a lifesaver as my flight got in at 9am and I didn’t want to have my suitcase with me all day as I went to do some museums and shopping. Really lovely experience and so conveniently located near the Queensway tube stop and across from Hyde Park. Would definitely stay again

Loved the location and being right across the street from Hyde Park. We found lots of options in terms of dining and it was walkable to most landmarks. The room was smaller than we thought but we chose the newly refurbished room and it was lovely!

Room was only okay. A bit small but clean. The rooms don’t have A/C though and there’s no flow of air so the room felt a bit stuffy. Staff was nice and the location is great!
