Enjoyed our stay here. Staff was friendly. Breakfast buffet was quite good. A little noisy when facing the street but nothing unbearable. Would stay here again.

Good quiet location as bedroom at back of hotel overlooking garden. Bedroom too hot with sun shining in all day, even when we kept the curtains closed. Staff efficient and friendly. Very good choice of food at breakfast but didn't have any other meals there.

This hotel is an excellent location for people who wish to walk to museums and UCL. The first room we had was very small, particularly given the very high price of the rooms. The second room was larger and was in the back facing the nice garden. Ask for one of those rooms is you decide to book! The restaurant was okay, nothing special and cold.

Reserved a single/twin room. Room was clean as well as the bathroom. Wish they had an outlet next to the bed to charge phone. Staff was friendly and I felt safe. Only issue I had was you can hear people in the next room and if you are facing the street, it can be a bit loud. Would definitely stay here again. The location is convenient.

The room was unequipped with essentials such as washcloths, and towels. The beds were hard and board-like. The bathroom area was so small that facets were mounted on the side and difficult to use. The refrigerator was not working.
