Clean room and lovely and friendly staff in all departments. Great breakfast and I also had a nice lunch there when I arrived. Check in at 2pm was good and check out at 11am , which is better then a lot of hotels I have stayed at.

Great location! Hotel is as expected for the price - we didn’t spend much time in the hotel itself but it’s perfect for transport and walking to so many key areas (Covent Garden, SoHo, the British museum, kings cross, etc)

Quiet with comfortable beds! Clean. Bathrooms aren’t made for large people but worked well for us smaller people. Great water pressure and always had hot water for a shower after a long day of exploring the city. Convenient to the tube!
